Juicebox reports can be shared in a variety of ways, including:

  • As a link, no sign-in required ("Public")

  • As a link, sign-in required ("Private")

  • Editor access

  • Embedded in another website or a PowerPoint slide

  • A downloadable PDF or PNG image file

Public (no sign-in required)

When you choose to share your Juicebox report, you'll be given the choice between Public or Private. Public reports do not require a viewer to sign-in to the workspace to get access. For your audience, this may be the quickest way to share. You'll want to keep in mind the security requirements of your data because the link could be sent to someone else.

Below is an image of the Share dialogue box when a report has been set to Public. Click the 'Share Public Link' button to copy the URL for your report.

Private (sign-in required)

When you are sharing more sensitive data and want to always control who has access to see your report, you'll want to use the 'Private' option. You can choose to invite people as Viewers to the report either through 'Share Viewer Link' or via an email. Once someone has signed up to access your report, you will be able to manage those Viewer accounts in the 'People' tab on your Juicebox workspace homepage.

Editor access

If you are the Owner of a Juicebox workspace, you can also share by adding new Editors to your workspace. When you give someone Editor access, they will be able to see all of the reports in the workspace. This is a great way to collaborate on designing a report or letting someone else create in Juicebox. Editor access can be managed either in the 'People' tab on your Juicebox workspace homepage, or at the top of the editing panel within an report (see below).

Embedding in a website (or in a PowerPoint slide)

You may want to embed a Juicebox report on your website. Here's a help article that shows you how it is done.

It is even possible to embed the interactive capabilities of Juicebox into a PowerPoint slide. Check out this help article.

Download as PDF or PNG image

You'll be able to see the Download button in the header of the report you create.

If you're at the top of your report, it'll be underneath your report Title. If you've scrolled through the report, it'll appear in the header bar at the top of the screen.
