At Juice, we've been creating analytical tools since 2005. We've worked with hundreds of companies to design visualization approaches, dashboards, and even product launch strategies to help organizations more effectively reach their audiences. We know data stories -- and a ton of this expertise is built in to how Juicebox works. But if you'd like some extra help in designing your data story, we offer a variety of training and support services to ensure you'll be successful with Juicebox.

For our Pro-tier subscribers, our customer success team will help you design your first report. We will help you get your data loaded and show you how we'd think about presenting the data. We will ask you to invite one of our team members into your workspace (go to the 'People' tab and '+New Editor') so our design work will show up where you have direct access.

We also offer a variety of custom design services to help you learn the skills and mindset to more effectively tell data stories. For example, we've provided the following solutions:

  • 90-minute presentation providing an overview data storytelling principles.

  • 1/2 day data storytelling workshop to help you identify, outline, and write your data stories.

  • Juicebox report design reviews where we review your report and we'll provide detailed feedback on how to make it better.

  • Full-service data report design consulting to go from concept to detailed design requirements. The Juice professional services team will work with you to create a high-impact solution for your business. We'll help you define the audience needs, actionable insights, visualizations, and descriptive content.
